Hi @cottton. Did you use the Rails Console to look up the stored value for From and are you sure it’s matching the trigger configuration?

In our code base, ends with one of is tested successfully with multiple values. Must be something else in your configuration/your system that does play a role, hm.

Is there a way to debug this without having access to the server? If not: I would forward this to the admin that is maintaining the server - what should he/she check/do/look for?

I guess not. You need to use the Rails Console and check the From value of the created article. With this information, you can then check yourself if the configuration of the trigger matches or not.
