Hi @ehosch. AFAIK you need to enable IMAP on the account level, but I am not 100% sure though. Maybe this helps a little bit to configure it correctly.

Enabling IMAP did work so I think that should be documented in the instructions. Or better still, utilize the Outlook Graph API instead.
