Hi! is there some way to hide the messages from tickets wich agents send to customers? For example some times agents as a technical support send to customers login and password and those security information is inside of the ticket as a comments. And all the agents can see it in the tickets so this situation is not secure. It could be the solution to delet those comments but deleting mail comments of agents is not supported
