Expected behavior:
We are getting a lot of spam from a single (automatic) source that we cannot stop (customer system, admin away on vacation).
- Setting a filter on the mail collection tool (in our case coming from a google account) to close tickets from a spam address prevents slack integration webhook and ticket notification emails from being sent
Actual behavior:
- tickets are closed, but slack and email notifications are still sent.
