Title: Variable size of the ticket side bar
- What is your original issue/pain point you want to solve?
I would like the change the size of the right sidebar on an open ticket:
- Which are one or two concrete situations where this problem hurts the most?
We have some processes where customers only need to fill in the fields in the ticket creation mask and the title and text is prefilled.
The Agents mostly work with the information on this sidebar. If you can change size, than the informations would be more or easily visibile.
- Why is it not solvable with the Zammad standard?
I cant change the size of this sidebar.
You can only make them disappear.
- What is your expectation/what do you want to achieve?
I would like to be able to move the sidebar to the left and right, at least in terms of size.
