Expected behavior:
- I would like to have a single SMTP configuration for outbound emails, regardless of which channel the ticket came in from.
Actual behavior:
- The outbound SMTP server is selected depending on the incoming channel. In my case, if a ticket was created from the Microsoft 365 channel, Microsoft 365 SMTP is used to send emails. This is the behavior I would like to avoid.
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- I have both an Email channel and a Microsoft 365 channel.
- If a ticket is created from the Microsoft 365 channel, the Microsoft 365 SMTP settings are used for any responses.
