Expected behavior:
- When the user’s impact is transferred to inactive status, it remains permanently
Actual behavior:
- When a user’s status changes to inactive, the status becomes active again after some time.
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Please tell me if this could be due to the response to the old ticket and its opening. For what other reasons could this be? How to make a user account completely inactive?
