I have a little question.
We have the Zammad groups IT-Support, IT-Development and IT-Security.
Customers can only create tickets for the group IT-Support.
Our facility management department are interested in Zammad too. So we created a new group like Facitlity Management. For the group I created a new role with the name Facility Management Agents with the agent permission.
All facility managers are now members of the groups Faclility Manager Agents and Customer.
If a facility manager create a ticket it is only possible for the group Facility Management. It is possible to grant the customer permission too in this case? So that alle users can create tickets für the IT-Support (no matter whether customer or agent)?
If I remove the agent permission from the Facility Management Agents role the users can create tickets for IT-Support.
