Expected behavior:
- restrict some file extensions while opening a zammad ticket
Actual behavior:
- all file types are allowed as an attachment
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- open a new ticket
- select an attachment
- add any file
Hi,
I would like to know if it is possible to restrict the file extension when opening a zammad ticket.
For example now I can add an .exe file and I would like to prohibit the addition of an .exe file
Could you help me ? I can’t find anything in the admin interface or in the zammad documentation.
