Infos:

- Used Zammad installation type: docker-compose
- Operating system:
- Browser + version: Firefox 122.0.1 (64-bit), Brave 1.62.165 Chromium: 121.0.6167.184, all browsers
Actual behavior:
When a specific zammad user logs in (enters username and password), the application shows the message “StatusCode: 500…” and the app does not load
This only happens with a single user who has been using the application for 1 year and it started happening from one day to the next.
The rest of the users do not have this error.
That could be happening?
