web ui is not showing answer/reply button

  • Used Zammad version: 6.4.2
  • Used Zammad installation type: package
  • Operating system: Debian 12
  • Browser + version: all

Expected behavior:

  • using the frontend as agent there should be a link under the ticket to answer/reply

Actual behavior:

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  • fresh installation
  • imap integration
  • smtp for notifications is working
