I am testing Zammad to implement it here at the company, and I would like to know how to make the customer receive an email with the information that I filled in the ticket.
I have tried using the trigger option, but I couldn’t find the variable that captures this information and sends it by email.
I noticed that without the trigger activated, no email notifications are sent.
