Expected behavior:
- We have been looking for a solution to fix a field, e.g. organization via URL call before login. Unfortunately I haven’t found a solution yet, but I noticed that if you call up the following URL with simple Customer right, email dispatch from Zammad is then activated for him. (See Screenshot)
Actual behavior:
- Customer Rolle is Zammad default, but Customer can see the agent view during ticket creation, when the following link is called:
https://YOUR_FQDN/#ticket/create
Can you have a look at whether you can reproduce it? Thanks
