Expected behavior:
- I would like to have 2 roles for users, agents and admin_agent. Agents are able to edit tickets but not to change owner. Admin_agent are able to edit tickets and change owner. Admin_agent has full permission group agents, agents have read, overview and edit permissions.
Actual behavior:
- In dropdown menu Admin_agent has only users with full permission for the role - himself, agents are absent on the list
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Create new group of users - group_1, assign users to group
- Create role agents_group_1, assign permission read,overview and edit for group group_1
- Create role admins_group_1, assign full permission for group group_1
- Create new ticket as user from group admins_group_1, try to assign ticket owner to user from group agents_group_1
