What is your original issue/pain point you want to solve?
I want to be able to store files for a specific customer/organisation. -
Which are one or two concrete situations where this problem hurts the most?
Zammad is my main database for everything customer related. I store my contact information, and knowledge about them there. It would be great to be able to store files on “them” as well. -
Why is it not solvable with the Zammad standard?
Because there is no object attribute “file storage”. -
What is your expectation/what do you want to achieve?
Either hardcode something to the user/organisation-object to store (and delete) files in. Or maybe a new attribute type for the object manager.
