Mutliple problems following installation manual with Docker installation

Infos:

• Used Zammad version: 6.2
• Used Zammad installation type: docker-compose
• Operating system: Ubuntu 22.04
• Browser + version: MS edge, Firefox

Expected behavior:

As I assume that all these are caused by me doing something wrong when trying to understand the installation manual, I did not create single issues for this - thinking it is no code issue, but an installation manual issue

• I can follow the installation manual without issues
• Setup of elastic search runs without errors
• Installation manual describes how to get SSL working also with Docker
• IMAP via IPv6 should work

Actual behavior:

1. Step to configure Elastic Search:
   running:

docker compose run --rm zammad-railsserver rake zammad:searchindex:rebuild

gives a long error message, which I cannot post here because the form complains about links.
Is this expected?

2. certbot: installing the certificate on the host server worked like a charm, but the certificate is not used when accessing zammad via port 8080. The cert probably needs to get into the docker image, not sure how this works. This should be added to the installation manual

3. Setup wizard is running, but when adding IMAP mail channel, I get “zammad Cannot assign requested address - connect(2) for …” which seems to be an IPv6 problem. Could not find any useful remedy when searching, if an additional step is needed for install, this should be added to installation instruction.
