Tickets with attachments are not created

Infos:

  • Used Zammad version: 6.2.0
  • Used Zammad installation type: docker compose
  • Operating system: Debian 12
  • Browser + version: 127.0.6533.120

Expected behavior:

Can attach files on zammad tickets

Actual behavior:

currently I can’t attach files by any way, with form and inside of zammad cant attach files now. I don’t know if something was changed in the zammad configuration, but before I could attach the files to the ticket.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

every time I try to attach a file I get this error and it won’t let me attach [crit] 18#18: *1161 open() “/var/lib/nginx/body/0000000005” failed (13: Permission denied), client: 172.21. 0.1, server: _, request: “POST /api/v1/attachments HTTP/1.0”, host: “xxxxxxxx”, referrer: “xxxxxxxx” if attachments can be created tickets normally, with attachments it does not allow the ticket to be created. Any idea?
