Issue with Ticket Group Reassignment

Infos:

  • Used Zammad version: 6.3.1-1719829125.53e2ff71.focal
  • Used Zammad installation type: (source, package, docker-compose, …)
  • Operating system: Ubuntu 22.04
  • Browser + version: Edge Version 127.0.2651.86

Hello,

I would like to ask if it’s possible to reassign a ticket that has already been assigned to an owner back to a group. Unfortunately, as an agent/admin, I do not see the “Group” field.
