Infos:
- Used Zammad version: 6.2
- Used Zammad installation type: package
- Operating system: Debian 12
- Browser + version: Safari
Expected behavior:
- Very few package updates in the stable branch
Actual behavior:
- Sometimes daily new packages in the stable branch
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- apt-get update, apt-get dist-upgrade
After installing Zammad on Debian with the basic stable /etc/apt/sources.list.d/zammad.list config
It seems like the debian package gets updated with every new Github commit. Is this needed? A new version maybe once a month is probably fine, or if there is a security issue, but the current rate of change seems very high.
