I need to generate a report from the Zammad database to show tickets created or updated by an agent this month. However, there’s an issue: when a new SLA is activated, all tickets are updated with the agent’s ID instead of the system’s. I don’t know if this is a bug or intentional. How can I get all tickets actually created or updated by an agent this month-- excluding tickets updated due to sla activation/deactivation?
Please help me with this.
