Time Accounting [Start Time]

Hi,

We would like to test Time Accounting, but currently you only get a pop-up where you can enter the hours when you finish working on the case.

Is there also an option to see when this ticket was opened by the agent (not created)?
Possibly a field that will automatically enter the time when the ticket opens?

Or how do you guys make use of this?
Because if you work on a case for example 53minutes I can imagine that you can only know this if you can see your start time somewhere.
