Is it possible to create an overview of the recorded times with an individual field? So far there is the possibility to export ticket no., agent, customer, activity type. However, I need our machine number field here, as we would like to record the evaluation of the times used here. Unfortunately, I have not found any information on how to customize the report. Although the overall report contains all the data, it must be evaluated in Excel. Is it possible to create a report with a few fields and with the machine number directly in Zammad, which evaluates the times per machine directly?
