Delay in Ticket States (Type: Pending Action)

  • Used Zammad version: This is Zammad version 6.3.1-1721648661.efd003fa.jammy
  • Used Zammad installation type: source
  • Operating system: Ubuntu LTS
  • Browser + version: Versie 126.0.6478.183 (Officiële build) (64-bits)

Good afternoon,

As one can see in the print screen, I have set a ticket to “pending till” with time 11:59PM.

But it is not going to update the status until 12:12AM (13 minutes late).

Is there any way to reduce that delay?
