I have been testing heavily around my environment of zammad and now my mails are not being posted in zammad.
Mail service: Microsoft 365
They are still read from the mailbox (I can see this because the mails are read and/or deleted).
But I can’t find the tickets in Zammad.
I have already created a Core Workflow as I could find on the forum but also that does not bring a solution. (See print screen)
My permissions on the groups should be good.
When I send a reply to existing tickets they are read correctly.
What else could it be?
