Consolidated View for Embedded Images in Emails and Notes

Description:
Currently, we can view all attached files in a ticket through the “Attachments” tab. However, many embedded images in emails and notes are crucial for our processes, especially when forwarding information to the development team. Manually searching through each note and email for these images is time-consuming and inefficient.

Requirement:
We need a feature that consolidates all embedded images in emails and notes into a single view. This feature should be accessible in a separate tab or section, similar to the existing “Attachments” tab.

Benefits:

  • Time-saving: Faster and more efficient forwarding of screenshots to the development team.
  • Clarity: All relevant images are readily accessible without the need to search through each email and note.
  • Productivity: Increases the efficiency and productivity of the support team.

Background:
Our customers send or create many screenshots that are essential for problem analysis and resolution. A central consolidated view for these images would significantly improve our workflow and simplify the process of forwarding information to the development team.

Additional Information:
This feature should be capable of extracting and displaying images from all past and future emails and notes within a ticket.
