Within a company, it is often necessary to refer to certain specific comments/messages within the context of a ticket.
On tickets with little interaction, it’s usually easy to find the point, for example by searching for the date.
However, on longer tickets, it is often difficult to find the quoted part.
The ideal would be a way of referencing a particular comment within a ticket via a link.
For example, using an anchor mechanism in the URL. Systems like Github use this mechanism, and it works well for referencing.
