I have similar problems with the customize Zammad 6.3.1 In my case nowadays I’m an intern I have to start customizing ZAMMAD.
I started reading al entries about how cange the ZAMMAD logo in the search bar and on the browser tab…
But I only get that all icons of the app dissapear as you can see in the next screenshot.
As I read in other threat I create some logos in .svg format and replaced the icons.svg and logo.svg files in the path /opt/zammad/assets/images but the result was all icons from the app disapear.
After that I download this two files from the repository on GIThub and replaced again this two files, but the icons have never recovered.
Can you help me with this issue??? really I’m in a big trouble now.
Can you explain me easily how replace this two logos.
