Missing organization in receiver suggestion lists

Title: Please show the organization in receiver suggestion lists, like done at customer search.
(Also please add the email to the “create” form customer search.)

  1. What is your original issue/pain point you want to solve?

I want agents/employees to see the correct email of another agents/employees.
I want to prevent sending mails to the wrong user.

  1. Which are one or two concrete situations where this problem hurts the most?

Example:
Organizations: my-company (my-company.com)

Now an employee wants to forward a ticket/email to another employee
who is registered as common user at zammad and assigned to the organization,
but not working with zammad.

The employee clicks “forward” and starts typing the name
“alex” into the receiver input field
and gets suggestions:

alex@my.company.com
alex@my-company.com
alex-doe@some.com
alexa@google.com

The employee accidentally selects
alex@my.company.com
instead of
alex@my-company.com

where alex@my.company.com could be a customer that matches the “pattern” random, or on purpose.

If we had the organization shown, like it is on a customer search (see screenshots)
then the employee would have seen immediately that there is a similar one, and which one is the correct one.

  1. Why is it not solvable with the Zammad standard?

I tried this today and found out that organizations are not shown on receive input fields like in the “forward” form.

  1. What is your expectation/what do you want to achieve?

Security through obviousness.

Please note that we have currently

  • name and organization shown in “create” form at the customer search
  • name and email shown in “forward” form at the receiver search
    I would like to see all 3 (the name, email and organization) shown at any form.
