for zammad docker what is the volume for importing file system storage? i tried with the volume zammad-docker-compose_zammad-storage/_data/
I copied and pasted the /fs folder
but when I up the docker, there are no images…
is there another way?
yet on zammad’s site: Storage — Zammad Admin Documentation documentation
it says that it is the /opt/zammad/storage folder for the FS. I know it’s only for self-host but what is the different with docker-compose ?
and on docker this folder is bind with the volume zammad-docker-compose_zammad-storage/_data/…

I tried in the new environment: passed the storage in file system; then I created a ticket with an attachment but I have this error
in the logs, I have this… so the problem comes from the railsservers container?
