I have to add historic input here:
That was possible in the past until enough people complained that quoting internal artciles (as example) was possible and could cause information leaks.
In my opinion people weren’t exactly able to use that function correctly (or it was to hideous). I am missing it regulary but also have to say that most of the people wouldn’t need it.
