Expected behavior:
I have set knowledge_base.reader permission for agents, and made a category where the agent role has reader permission.
I would expect agents to be able to access that category in https://DOMAIN/help
Actual behavior:
Yet when an agent logs in, they can only view those knowledgebase articles inside the Zammad interface, not on the published site, unless they also have editor permissions.
