Infos:
- Used Zammad version: 6.2.0-1702975436.87754a02
- Used Zammad installation type: Self-Hosted via Package
- Operating system: Ubuntu 22.04
- Browser + version: IE, Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, and Firefox
Expected behavior:
- Browse to zammad login page click SSO, or browse to zammad login page/auth/sso auto logs in AD User, on AD joined device or session.
Actual behavior:
- Browse to zammad login page click SSO, or browse to zammad login page/auth/sso requires sign in anytime the browser is closed. If the browser session is left open, signing out and using SSO auto logs in properly.
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Performed all installs, as outlined via Zammad System Documentation — Zammad System Documentation documentation. Setup LDAP sync, and all SSO settings. Used GPO to push out additions to browsers, this is updated accordingly. Tried several Domain Joined computers, and separate OUs. Browsing to login page click SSO or browsing to login page/auth/sso requires AD credentials to sign in intially.
We know SSO works after the initial sign in, but would like it to not require the initial sign in for our AD users. Has anyone ran into a similar issue, and can provide any input or places to check?
