No Dropdown Menu in Customer option in Ticket creation

Hello,

my Problem is, that i have no drop down Menu in the Ticket creation.
In our paayed System this works fine, but in selfhosted not.

As i show in the Screenshot below, i type in the number 18 and normaly the customer would show up, but it does not.
