- Browser + version: Microsoft Edge for Business Version 125.0.2535.92 (Official build) (64-bit)
After configuring the m365 AD integration in security, all works fine following the documentation.
If I log in into the application with a new user (user that never have sent tickets and not exist in Zammad) the login was perfomed succefully.
But If I log with my account, I see the following message:
I understand that my account already exists but If I’m login with m365 account and the user with same email exists is because we are the same, I don’t want to recreate all the accounts because all the existent tickets already have been link with currents users
Exist some way to vinculate the current zammad account with m365 login accounts?
