Customizing Ticket States in Zammad

Hi everyone,

I’ve been using Zammad for a few months now, and it’s been great for managing our support tickets. However, our team has specific workflows that require some custom ticket states beyond the default ones provided.

Can anyone guide me on how to add and configure custom ticket states in Zammad? Also, are there any best practices for doing this to ensure it integrates smoothly with our existing setup?
