Option to update names on SAML-Login

What is your original issue/pain point you want to solve?
When people get married and their family name changes, a login via SAML does not update the family name in Zammad.

Which are one or two concrete situations where this problem hurts the most?
When SAML is the only connection to the central identify provider and no LDAP synchronisation is used.

Why is it not solvable with the Zammad standard?
Because first name and last name are only updated on SAML-Login when both values are empty in Zammad.

What is your expectation/what do you want to achieve?
To not break existing installations, make it optional to always update first name and last name on SAML login.
