Infos:
- Used Zammad version: 6.3.1-1715754184.27f4405b.jammy
- Used Zammad installation type: package
- Operating system: Linux Mint 21.3 Virginia
- Browser + version: Google Chrome 125.0.6422.61
Expected behavior:
User should get an e-mail notification e.g. for new tickets.
Actual behavior:
No email via trigger at all,
E-mail to the agents via standard notification works fine, no problem here (Settings → Ticket → Notification)
Also the trigger works, if we test with other actions.
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
We’ve setup a new zammad ticket system instance. The user sync via Active Directory (LDAP) works and the user have a valid e-mail address.
We’ve configured incoming and outgoing email via our Exchange server.
The standard notification to the agents via mail works fine.
But not the notification to the user via trigger. We’ve played a lot with the trigger, other action works, e.g. add tag, or add owner, but not e-mail.
I found no hints in /var/log/zammad/production.log
Where else can I search for problems?
