Tickets overview not updated after upgrade to 6.3

  • Used Zammad version: 6.3
  • Used Zammad installation type: docker-compose
  • Operating system: server Debian, client Windows
  • Browser + version: FFOX 15.0.2

Expected behavior:

  • Before update, when a ticket is updated (eg. is closed), the overview list is updated in a few seconds.

Actual behavior:

  • After the update, the list isn’t updated (eg. I see the ticket as “open”)

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  • enter overview → open tickets → open a ticket. Close it.
  • go to overview again: the ticket results still “open”

The browser’s console does not report any error or failed connection
