### Actual behaviour
When browsing categories, Zammads public KB does always translate the parent category into another language, if there's more than two levels you're in. This seems to be since Zammad 6.3, but I did not verify.
The issue "vanishes" if you select an answer within the tree.



### Expected behaviour
Zammads public KB does not randomly switch translations into a not selected language, if everything is cleanly translated.
### Steps to reproduce the behaviour
Go to the public knowledge base with two languages enabled (e.g. EN and DE) with completely translated categories.
You need at least two levels, three is better. Demo-Chrispresso works perfectly for this.
Go down through your categories.
