Excuse my ignorance but I’m new to zammad, I’m learning about the tool in the absence of a colleague and I’ve come across a problem.
We use zammad to track customer requests. In our configuration, emails generated by customers are placed in mailboxes configured on zammad.
But for a week now, we haven’t been receiving any emails from outside.
What are you referring to when you say channel?
Zammad has been installed on a Linux operating system (debian).
Filters are configured to place external emails in mailboxes.
