Add "time event" to the conditions of a trigger

What is your original issue/pain point you want to solve?
It’s very intuitive to choose an action type when creating an action based trigger. I expect the same for time event triggers.

What is your expectation/what do you want to achieve?
Add “time event” as first condition in time event triggers, similar to “action” in action based triggers. As discussed in the sprint review a few months ago.
