Hi.
We have just stared to use Zammad. We have 3 departments with their own email addresses. When someone emails in which created the ticket they get a reply with the correct email address but the from name is showing as something not even setup in the system.
Our email is hooked up via 365 and for example the accounts email display name in 365 is accounts but the from name when emails are sent out says Helpdesk Support. If I reply to a ticket is says my name via helpdesk support.
Where do I go to change the helpdesk support to accounts
