Setup a scheduler to adjust the locale of a customer (if not already set) based on the mobile number. For example, if the mobile number starts with “+49”, set the locale to “de-de”.
Send different auto-replys with triggers based on the locale of a customer. -
Why is it not solvable with the Zammad standard?
Currently, you cannot access the user local in triggers, nor schedulers. -
What is your expectation/what do you want to achieve?
Having the customers local available in trigger/scheduler conditions/actions to qualify against them or change them automatically.
