Add activity types as overview columns

What is your original issue/pain point you want to solve?
While I can display the “accounted time” as an overview column, I cannot do that per activity type.

Which are one or two concrete situations where this problem hurts the most?
I have “billable” and “non-billable” time on my tickets. I want to sort an overview by “billable” time.

Why is it not solvable with the Zammad standard?
Because activity types cannot be displayed as columns in Overviews, neither can overviews by sorted by the accounted time of a specific activity type.

What is your expectation/what do you want to achieve?
Be able to select specific activity types as columns and sort orders. Maybe even select “activity type” as a grouping option.
