Expected behavior:
- I have deleted a Microsoft 365 user account from our Zammad instalation, but now we need to add it again. It should be possible to add it again.
Actual behavior:
- Trying to add this account again, we are getting the following message:
“422: The change you wanted was rejected.
Duplicate email address or email alias ------@-----.eu found!”
How can we delete the email address from our installation, so we can add it again?
