Hi @fliebe92,
thank you for your response. That was my first idea. I have edited all automations and saved them. Nothing happend. I have edited them and added an additional execution. Nothing happend.
I have created a now automation to check, if that is working. No success.
My suggestion is now:
- Can we increase log level for automations?
- Can we get further information, which automations are executed?
- Can we manually execute an automation and check, what will happen?
- Does database provide further information about automations?
Otherwise:
- Should I delete all automations and recreate them?
- Should I make a new backup and restore it?
- Could it be related to the change from HTTP to HTTPS?
- Can it be related to OS change from CentOS to Debian?
At the moment there are 68 tickets, that should be processed by automations. If needed, you can get direct access to system and payment. The result should be, that it is working again.
Please let me know, what I can do for you, that you can find the reason, why automations stopped to work.
Thank you very much
