Accessing Zammad/Installing it

I use an Ubuntu server for NextCloud and connect via SSH. Open an CMD on windows and type in ssh root@10.20.30.40

Replace 10.20.30.40 with your zammad IP-Domain. You need the root password here or another user which have administrative permissions
