Hi,
im new to Zammad and was recently introduced to it but without any info about it or anything,i have some tasks i have to do regarding my company ticketing system which is using zammad(updating the app and adding some new statuses).
Now im completely lost because the info i have is that i can access the zammad server with an ssh,using powershell but i dont have much clue or found info on how to start this.
Does anybody have a starting point documentation or idk any help would be appreciated
